Per Ticket support is designed for those infrequent moments, when you just need someone else to step in – perfect for those minor changes, or emergency situations. This support level has no ongoing commitment and is billed in 30-minute billing blocks.

Those with infrequent support needs, or an internal web manager
WordPress Managed Maintenance
$80 per month
Brown Box will proactively keep your plugins and WordPress Core up to date. This support level includes 30 minutes per month towards this process and ensures your site is always secure and performing as expected. Development site included!
Best suited for:
All WordPress sites, to prevent risk and maintain performance
Prepaid Support Subscription
$165 per hour
Prepaid support ensures that you
have support hours ready and waiting at your disposal. Available for purchase of 1, 2 or 3 hours, either per month or per quarter, with bundled hours receiving further discounts. If you need additional support from your pre-paid hours you’ll recieve15 minute billing.
Best suited for:
Those with ongoing support requests and making regular updates to their site
Bundled Managed Maintenance & Prepaid Support
$240 per month
Simplify your support by combining
a Prepaid Support subscription and WordPress Managed Maintenance. This means your site will stay stable and secure and you’ll also receive dedicated and prioritised support hours for when you need additional assistance.
Best suited for:
WordPress sites that want to both prevent risk and also progress site content and capabilities
12 Month Digital Strategy
$190 per month — min 12-month commitment
Consists of 4 quarterly workshops where new requirements and new opportunities are discussed, we present analysis of your analytics, and your Digital Strategy is updated and published, to re ect your needs and expectations.
Best suited for:
Those who want to push their site further and strengthen connections, by the analysis of data and implementation and measurement of strategic developments
Support Retainer
Starting at $800 per month — min 6-month commitment
Our Retainer Agreements are focused on helping you achieve long-term, sustainable solutions, by implementing strategically planned outcomes as well as offering ongoing support and continual digital improvements.
Best suited for:
Those who are investing regularly in their digital environment to expand their reach and capabilities, and require expert input to inform ongoing digital decision making.
