We’re extremely excited today to announce the launch of our new Members Portal. We’ve packed it with some really helpful features for you to get the most out of your Brown Box service.

Features of the Members Portal include:
From the portal, clients can now see the status of their domain. You will be able to see if it is up and functioning correctly or if the server is down. From here you will also be able to bring any issues to our attention, directly from within the portal. Checking the server monitoring system will be a good way of determining whether any issues you are having with your website are being caused locally, or if it is an issue we can help you to resolve.
Clients will also be able to see all their active support tickets, across their organisation. This applies for both Ad Hoc support and clients with support agreements. If you don’t have one already, you can find out more and apply for a Brown Box support agreement here.
Finally clients can now access detailed ‘How To’ guides specific to their website from the portal. From here you will be able to self-serve in managing most aspects of your website.
