Searching

To find a particular record, there are several options available to you.

The Status and State drop-downs at the top of the page will filter the displayed results by the selected value. You can use either of these or both in tandem.

To find a company by ACN, you can use your browser’s find/search function. This is generally accessed by pressing Ctrl+F (Windows) or Cmd+F (Mac), or can usually be found in the Edit menu of your browser. Once the find function is activated, just start typing the ACN and the browser will highlight any matches.

Editing a Record

To update an existing record, just click the Edit link next to it. See this article for more details.

Removing a Record

If a company needs to be removed from the list altogether, just click the Remove link next to it.

Company Details

When entering a new Risk, you first need to fill in the company details.

Screen Shot 2016-02-11 at 10.03.21 AM

If the company you want is already in the list you can select it (the field is searchable – just start typing). Otherwise enter the Company Name and ACN and select the State.

Risk Details

Once you have selected/entered a company, you can now fill in the Risk details. Alternately, if you chose to Edit a Risk from the Dashboard you will be brought directly to the Risk Details as the Company Details are already recorded.

If when adding a new Risk you selected an existing company, any existing Risk records will be listed at the top of the page for reference. You can choose to edit an existing Risk rather than filling in the details again. In either case any existing records will be archived when the form is submitted – there can only ever be one active Risk record for a company.

When editing an existing Risk, the details are pre-loaded into the form for you, so you only need to update the information that has changed.

Once you have selected a Status, the relevant fields that are needed to complete the record will be displayed. Fill in the details and click “Submit”.
