Once you’re signed up, we’ll setup your login details for your Personal Support Account and send you a welcome email within 24 hrs.
For those of you currently mid-project we typically will be looking after you via our Basecamp collaboration area until the project is launched or other defined milestones have been reached and you do not need a Support Package.
If you expect to be using over 10 hours per month regularly please contact us and we’ll help you create a retainer that suits your needs.

Add-On Features
In-Site Live Support
This is where our WordPress customers (other platform users can apply for a special install) install a WordPress plugin we provide which enables direct chat with Brown Box while browsing and editing their sites. We can see what page you’re on and help you much more efficiently. All chats are recorded to your Personal Support Account for additional support actions if needed.
This is available to customers with Support Plans and is an add-on component at time of purchase for $50 per month.
Bulk Support Hours
If you’re a Support Package customer who has a lot of exciting things happening and want to save a little cash, we suggest selecting some bulk-hour packages. Extra hours can also be bought in packs of 5 or 10 with the 5 hour package costing $560 and the 10 hours $1125 representing a saving of $55 and $125 respectively.
These are valid for 12 months, are billed in 15 minute increments and are available to any customer with a current support plan.
