In-Site Live Support
This is where our WordPress customers (other platform users can apply for a special install) install a WordPress plugin we provide which enables direct chat with Brown Box while browsing and editing their sites. We can see what page you’re on and help you much more efficiently. All chats are recorded to your Personal Support Account for additional support actions if needed.

This is available to customers with Support Plans and is an add-on component at time of purchase for $50* per month.

After-hours Emergency Support
We can carry out after-hours and out-of-contract emergency support if required.  Hourly rate is $195* with a minimum of 1 hour billed.
